CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF BANKERS IN NIGERIA
&
NIGERIA INSURERS ASSOCIATION

Proposal
A Special Project Team
FOR THE BANK AND INSURANCE INSTITUTIONS

Proposal
A Special Project Team (For banks and insurance Institutions).
I am submitting a proposal to manage a Special Project Team for your organizations that will support, organize, and direct your present and potential customers (the whole society) through the pathway to your doorstep.
Purpose
This Special Project Team will persistently seek the means to increase the quality, quantity, and expectations of your present and potential asset (the whole society).
Objective
The objective of the Special Project Team for the Bank and Insurance companies (SPTBIC) will include the following;
(1)) Increase the quality of your asset: SPTBIC will support your present and potential asset to obtain the standard and quality of the asset you require by engaging, supporting appropriate legislative body of the local, State, or federal government for the provision of your potential asset’s needs to meet with your prerequisite for loan or insurance.
Lobby and support with a developed plan for an identification (individual portfolio) system necessary for accountability, responsibility, and risk assessment in lending and insuring.

Lobby with a developed plan for mandatory housing codes, standards, and affordable land title transfer that will enable assessment of housing costs for loans and enable appropriate insurance assessment.
Lobby with a developed plan for health care facilities, health care legislations, food handling legislations, work place legislations, and their enforcement that will lessen the risk assessed on life insurance, disability insurance, and lower premiums.
Lobby with security structure developed that will reduce harm or damage to life, property, and liberty to lessen premium on insurance, increase participation, enable continuity in the economic daily life of your asset and lessen interruption in fulfilling the obligation to their debt.
Lobby for a structured health portfolio that will support your client in receiving better health care from prescription and followed care which will also enable appropriate risk assessment on your asset.
Engage the government on the provision of internet in every house in the country. Internet and access to a computer has been classified as a human basic need in developed countries. It is a useful tool to fostering interrelationships. You will soon find that it is inevitable that each of your assets have the internet service and a computer. You will have to service this increasing population. Increased branches alone will not solve the waiting time.
SPTBIC will create a structure for sale of computers, training, repairs, and maintenance of computers to your assets at a profit to your organization.
Engage professionals in specialized fields to develop plans that can be presented to legislation to provide the needs of your assets to fulfil their primary needs. Such as hydro for production, health, and security, digitized individual identification portfolio, health portfolio, and other needs that you require to support the potentials of your assets to increase the demand for your services.
Create security structures for your assets by engaging the Local, States and federal government for call centers and leak centers, a place to call when there are irregularities, immediate or eminent danger that will reduce risk on your assets

(2) Increase the quantity of your asset: SPTBIC will organize the economic, social and political structures to increase the quantity of your assets.
SPTBIC will lobby and engage States and the federal government for mandatory life insurance and health insurance for every citizen. It will demonstrate to legislatures that one of the main antecedents to poverty, corruption, and disrespect for the rule of law are interruptions in our daily economic lives. It will present to the legislative bodies how it will reduce premiums, condition the citizens to abide by the rule of law, reduce poverty, and reduce interruption on nuclear family’s economic life. An example is the death or terminal illness of a bread winner in a family.
Mandatory house insurance and business insurance is necessary in any society that understands the importance of continuity. SPTBIC will lobby and engage the citizens and appropriate legislative bodies and support in writing the legislation.
SPTBIC will educate the public and the legislative bodies on the importance of disability insurance, education insurance, and supplementary retirement savings plan. Nigerians are not familiar with these insurance programs. Please visit below for Canadian registered education supplemental program.

SPTFBI will continually seek to identify and bond all disconnects in the economic, social and political structure of your present and potential assets and develop the means to enhance interrelationships between individuals, individuals and institutions, between institutions, and between institutions, individuals and the governing bodies. For example SPTBIC will seek to structure our housing assigned numbers, will support in writing legislation which will include the provision of land line directory by the Sims provider of each phone user. Provide information to your assets through posting on the internet and hard copy of allocated funds to State, city, and local government with assigned project. The functions, names, and responsibility of each federal, State, city, and local public official members and their contact. These interrelationships will generate information, knowledge, and responsibility that will support your assets to attain their needs.

(3) SPTBIC will direct potential assets through the pathway to your doorstep because it will heighten individual expectation of possibilities.
When SPTBIC had successfully engaged the governing body of each States and the federal governing bodies on mandatory life insurance, housing insurance, health insurance, business insurance that will lessen interruption in your assets economic daily life, they will be directed to your door step.
When each individual is safe and secured with a security structure developed they will produce more. When structures are in place to report irregularities they will venture and grow. If your assets are safer there will be less risk to their lives, property, and their livelihood which will lessen premium and increase participation.
When houses are built to code, standard, and certificate of ownership (land title) is affordable your assets will grow with you.
When SPTBIC has provided your asset the opportunity to produce, to exchange their goods and services with the least interruption, to attain loans through organized portfolio, to have continuity in their economic daily lives through insurance of life, property, and finances, they will come to you.
The need for SPTBIC
For the next two decades employment, shelter, food, and security demand will dramatically increase without any meaningful plan readily prepared for it. These are your target market. You must start preparing for this eventuality now.
You are in the business of insurance and banking which is handful by itself. This is why you need a Special project team that will include representatives from your institutions and have your approval of every project. The government and other stakeholders will be invoiced for most of the services when projects are approved but it is necessary to have the power of the banking and insurance corporation behind this project.
Background
President, Natural Progress Inc.
CEO, nigerianpage.com
Education: Bachelor’s degrees - Economics, Business Administration.
Prior contributions
I made a presentation to Ogun State chamber of commerce about our unorganized small market and its impact on production, in 1992.
I influenced the creation of Lagos State’s ‘call center’ a place to call when in imminent or immediate danger. It took six relentless years to get any positive action.
I created http://nigerianpage.com
in 2013. I created this site because of the difficulty in contacting institutions and elected officials in Nigeria. It is a venue where all of us, Nigerians, can contribute, support, and inform each other, our institutions, and our elected officials on our needs and hopefully a venue for them to direct, inform, and organize us in fulfilling our needs.

I was in Nigeria in August 2014. I had interviews on Eko radio, Continental radio, OGBC radio, and the Tribune newspaper. The subject was on how we have to prepare for the youth age dependency ratio that is presently in our favor today and the factors that are impeding growth.
Presentation
I humbly request for a presentation.
I look forward to hearing from you
Sincerely,
Jim Osiname
